DA: Trio of teen thugs in Winthrop stabbed two other teens in the chest

Two Winthrop twins and a pal are charged with slicing up two kids, 16 and 13, over an earlier fight, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office says.
John and Michael Walker each face two counts each of assault with intent to murder and aggravated assault and battery. John Walker is also charged with an additional count of threats to commit a crime and malicious destruction of property. James Murray, 17, was charged two counts of assault and battery. Prosecutors had asked for $500,000 bail for John Walker; an East Boston District Court judge set his bail at $10,000.
Prosecutors allege that Walker, dissatisfied with the outcome of a fight with one of the victims on Feb. 8, went to his house that night and threw a cinderblock through his window. The next night, Walker allegedly called him out, officials say. They fought to an inconclusive end, Walker left, then returned with his brother and Murray, prosecutors say:
At about this time, John Walker began to taunt the 16-year-old with racial epithets [the older teen is black, according to police]. That victim and his younger brother came outside once again and began to fight with Murray. In the course of this altercation, the Walker brothers allegedly intervened, John Walker allegedly produced a knife, and the two victims suffered their stab wounds. ...
