Alleged bus perv captured thanks to alert driver

reports a driver on the 43 bus helped protect a woman from an alleged perv who rubbed against her on the bus and then followed her when she got off at Tremont Street.
The Suffolk County District Attorney's office says Rayfield McCants pleaded innocent this morning in Boston Muncipal Court. Bail was set at $5,000.
