Two Sleeping Beauties awoken, but not with a kiss

from Boston Crime Universal Hub by adamg
Boston Police report a Harbor Point Boulevard teen was startled when she went to get breakfast around 6:15 this morning and found some dude asleep on her family's living-room couch:
Officers entered the location and observed the male still sound asleep on the couch. Officers woke the suspect and asked him to explain why he was sleeping on a couch in an apartment that didn't belong to him. The suspect stated that he thought he was sleeping in his friend's apartment. However, the owner of the apartment stated that he had no idea who the suspect was and they were definitely not friends.
After noticing the fragrance of something that might have been the remains of a poisoned apple (or a fermented one), police say, officers arrested Dominic D'Allesandro, 18, of Weymouth, on a charge of breaking and entering in the nighttime.
Earlier, around 1:15 a.m., police were called to 325 E. Eagle St. in East Boston, where they found a car running with a guy asleep at the wheel. Repeated efforts to rouse him failed, so officers called in EMTs, who did manage to wake the guy - who promptly began punching and slapping the EMTs, police say.
Antonio Valdivieso, 28, of East Boston was charged with OUI and assault and battery on a police officer and an EMT.
